- Any significant changes to your original grant proposal (major changes to who, what, when, or why; total income or expenses will deviate by greater than 20%) must be discussed before moving forward. If necessary, you may be required to complete and submit a grant modification follow up form for approval. More information can be found here. Contact Kayla Myers, Program Officer with any questions.
- Final Reports are filled out with the Indiana Arts Commission's online grant system here. FY 2018 Final Report Deadline is July 10, 2018, 4:30 p.m. EST.
