Balancing relationships, commitments and personal space can be a challenge for anyone. Understanding how to establish our own boundaries and then use them to build time and space that allows us to thrive in life is a skill that needs to be cultivated. We will spend time with Velshonna exploring productive ways to build time space in our lives while cultivating healthy relationships and commitments.
