21st Century Scholar Success Fest

9:30 am EDT

The state of Indiana launched the 21st Century Scholars program in 1990 to help low-income young Hoosiers earn college degrees. For students who qualify, the program provides up to four years of undergraduate tuition at Indiana colleges or universities. Here in St. Joseph County, the Community Foundation is leading a team of 30+ partners in K-12 education, higher education, economic development, and social services in an effort to INCREASE the number of local students who complete degrees through this program AND secure good-paying jobs in the region.

21st Century Scholar Success Fest is part of that effort!

This is a free event for:

  • 7th and 8th grade students and parents who want to learn more about the program and/or enroll
  • High school students who are enrolled in 21st Century Scholars and need to complete required steps to earn their 21st Century Scholarships

It will include free, on-site opportunities to complete up to EIGHT required program (SSP) steps, as well as FAFSA support, a college fair, virtual college visits, program representatives and current Scholars to answer questions, ScholarTrack account help, and more! Drop in any time between 9:30 a.m. and noon.

Students, pre-register in advance to receive event reminders!
