Michiana Estate Planning Council

Michiana Estate Planning Council

Bryan Clontz speaks with local professional advisors during an educational event.

Beginning in 2023, the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County will administer the Michiana Estate Planning Council.

The Community Foundation has always worked closely with our local community of professional advisors—attorneys, estate planners, financial advisors, trust officers, insurance professionals, and CPAs. Because we specialize in charitable giving, we’re able to help advisors provide options for their clients who value philanthropy.

In the past, we’ve hosted continuing education opportunities and offered one-on-one support to advisors. Now, we’re strengthening this relationship even more by administering the Michiana Estate Planning Council.

Each year, the MEPC will offer three educational sessions on pertinent topics for its members. At least one of these sessions will include the opportunity to earn continuing education credits in specific professional disciplines. The annual membership fee of $100 includes the cost of all meals, applicable continuing education credits, and additional resources throughout the year.

To become an MEPC member, complete our secure online membership form below. To pay by check, download and complete the .pdf version of the membership form and mail the form and check to the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County, P.O. Box 837, South Bend, IN 46624.
