Indiana Arts Commission grants awarded through the Regional Arts Partnership are available to qualifying nonprofit organizations through a competitive application process. Nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations or public entities with eligible arts programming and addresses in the following counties are eligible to apply for funding from the Region 2 Partner, the Community Foundation of St. Joseph County: Elkhart, Fulton, Kosciusko, Marshall, St. Joseph, and Starke.

Deadline: March 4, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST

Arts Project Support (APS) grants provide up to $4,000 to support a public facing short-term arts project or a series of arts activities. Examples include performances; exhibits; arts festivals; arts and cultural planning; arts learning for specific populations such as older adults or youth; public art or some other arts-based or arts-serving activity.

• Spring Application Cycle deadline: 3/4/2025 for the grant period of 7/1/25-6/30/26.
• Fall Application Cycle deadline: 9/9/25 for the grant period of 1/1/26-12/31/26.

Arts Organization Support (AOS) grants provide stable and consistent funding to arts organizations across varied geographies and budget sizes. The program is open every odd calendar year, and applicants funded in this program will be funded for two fiscal years (FY26 & FY27).

• FY26-27 Application Cycle deadline is 3/4/2025 for the grant period of 7/1/25-6/30/27 (two years).

Accessing the Application

All applications must be completed within the Indiana Arts Commission’s Online Grant System. If accessing the system for the first time, you must first create a profile.

Current grantees and new applicants are invited and encouraged to learn about the grant categories, the online grant system, application process, and changes for this year. Statewide virtual workshops are scheduled as follows:

Arts Project Support:

• January 28, 2025, 10:00 a.m. ET (Register to attend)

Arts Organization Support (AOS):

• January 21, 2025, 10:00 a.m. ET (Register to attend)
• January 22, 2025, 6:00 p.m. ET (Register to attend)
