Anita F. Boorda Scholarship for the Performing Arts
The Anita F. Boorda Scholarship for the Performing Arts will provide up to $2,500 to high school seniors who plan to pursue a degree in Performing Arts, Music, Theatre, Dance or Production. This scholarship is renewable for up to four years.
To apply for this scholarship, high school seniors will need to complete the online CFSJC Scholarship Application available in December and due February 15. Completing this one application will provide students access to 20+ scholarship opportunities. If you have further questions, please email our scholarships staff or call (574) 232-0041. To be eligible to apply, students must:
- be a resident of St. Joseph, Elkhart, Marshall, Kosciusko, Fulton, Pulaski, Starke or LaPorte Counties in Indiana or Berrien or Cass Counties in Michigan
- graduate with a minimum G.P.A. of 2.5 (4.0 scale) from an accredited high school by June 30 of the year of application
- plan to attend an accredited tax-exempt college or university to pursue a degree in Performing Arts, Music Theatre, Dance or Production through a full-time course of study
- Preference will be given to students engaged in the performing arts during their high school career
