Donald C. and Marion E. Currier Scholarship

ELIGIBILITY:
  • Been a resident of St. Joseph County, Indiana during high school
  • Have graduated from a St. Joseph County, Indiana high school
  • Be accepted by the Purdue University, West Lafayette College of Engineering and intend to pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of study in ANY engineering field, with the exception of Engineering Education (Please note:  Those pursuing degrees through Purdue University regional campuses or Purdue Polytechnic Institute are not eligible as these programs are separate from the West Lafayette College of Engineering.)
  • Maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0
AWARD:
  • This generous scholarship will provide up to full tuition and required fees, an allowance for books up to $1,000 per year, and an on-campus or off-campus living allowance up to $8,000 per year
  • This scholarship is renewable for up to six semesters
NUMBER:
  • Number of awards is based on funds available
APPLICATION & DEADLINE:
  • Students must complete the Currier Scholarship Application through the online scholarship system by 11:59 p.m. on June 1 following the applicant’s freshman year at Purdue, with funding commencing in the fall of their sophomore year. Students must have completed at least one year at Purdue before they may apply. Upper-class students who can demonstrate outstanding academic achievement may submit an application for their junior and/or senior years. The application will become available late spring each year.
