Recipient Reporting and Recognition Guidelines

Any significant changes to your original grant proposal (for example, major changes to who, what, when, or why, or total income or expenses that will deviate by greater than 20% from your approved proposal) must be discussed before moving forward. You may be required to complete and submit a grant modification follow-up form for approval. More information can be found here, on the IAC’s site, including the Regional Partnership/IAC logo, which is available to download for use in your publications. Final Reports

Final Reports are filled out with the IAC’s online grant system. FY 2024 Final Report Deadline is July 13, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
