Youth Service Bureau Opens New Success Center

Gorgeous facility near McKinley and Logan provides vital services for vulnerable youth.

Youth Service Bureau has opened a brand-new 22,000 sq. ft. facility designed to provide critical services for at-risk youth. Located off McKinley Avenue, the center offers outreach programs, sufficiency training, cooking classes, and more. Beyond programming, the facility provides safe spaces where young people can sleep, relax, and express creativity.

“This truly changes the trajectory of our community,” said YSB CEO Christina McGovern. “It shows young people that they don’t have to navigate crisis alone.”

Funded in part by a $250,000 grant from the Community Foundation, the new center consolidates YSB’s services into one comprehensive hub, replacing three aging facilities. It is the first of its kind in St. Joseph County, offering a full continuum of care, from prevention programs to housing support for homeless and at-risk youth.

With this state-of-the-art facility, YSB is better equipped than ever to provide life-changing resources and support to our county’s most vulnerable youth.
